i waste a lot of time browsing zillow and don't understand the American preference for larger generic home (4k - 10k sq feet) instead of smaller home with beautiful architecture (1.5 - 3k sq feet)

The America Party: - Higher taxes on the wealthy. - Freezing entitlement spending in place for a decade. No cuts, but no growth. Let tax receipts catch up to expenditures. - Safe and secure borders. - A simple immigration process that encourages a ton of legal immigration. - Massive investments into education. - Pro Capitalist. - Reject Populism. - Minimal involvement in the social/personal life of citizens. - Term limits for members of Congress. - A limit to federal transfers to states. No more under taxing at the state level, and then depending on federal handouts to fund your budget shortfalls. - Minimal military involvement in worldwide affairs. But heavy diplomatic involvement in worldwide affairs. That would be my ideal political party. How about you?

The measles vaccine is proven to work. It has saved millions of lives. That’s an undeniable fact, no matter what anyone says. The ‘treatments’ repeatedly touted by RFK Jr—budesonide, clarithromycin, and cod liver oil—do not. No matter what anyone like him says. EVEN IF we developed a foolproof measles treatment, it STILL would be MUCH better to vaccinate against measles than treat it. Why? The vaccine not only prevents death… It also prevents spread to others, including vulnerable infants too young to get vaccinated and at highest risk of complications from measles. The vaccine also prevents ‘immune amnesia’, a dangerous side effect of measles infection that can wipe your immune system for years and make you much more vulnerable to other infections. It’s simple—if everyone was vaccinated, we wouldn’t need new flashy treatments. So, RFK Jr—let’s stop undermining the critical and life-saving value of vaccines…it would save way more lives.

JUST IN: The parents of PGA tour golfer Grayson Murray have confirmed that their son took his own life. Murray took his life after he withdrew on Friday during the second round of the 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge. “We would like to thank the PGA Tour and the entire world of golf for the outpouring of support,” his parents said. “Life wasn't always easy for Grayson, and although he took his own life, we know he rests peacefully now.” Grayson previously opened up about his struggles and how it impacted his family. Heartbreaking.
