The Elliott Denman NJ International Track and Field Meet will be on Saturday July 11 on the beautiful @monmouthu campus. Prize money. Events for all ages. And…a GREAT opportunity to compete in the NJ/NY area prior to the @usatf and @USAMastersTrack Championships later in July.

Elisia Lancaster got the @MillroseGames at @ArmoryNYC off to a great start for the Shore A.C., winning the weight throw for the 2nd straight year & throwing 21.56m (70’9”). Elisia represented the club at the Olympic Trials in the hammer throw in ‘24 & is ready for a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ‘26!

We were proud to have over 40 athletes compete at the @usatf National Club XC Championships in @CityofTLH this weekend. The women’s 60+ team continued their winning streak; the men’s open team had a club-best 8th place finish; & several more @TheShoreAC crew had podium finishes.

Gypsy Cooper won the 62nd Annual Polar Bear Races 5K today in 17:59 on a frozen @AsburyParkChmbr boardwalk, while club members Michael Bond, Brian Hill & Troy Hill went 1-2-3 on the men’s side in 15:13, 15:16 & 15:23. Thanks to all those who came out & supported @InterfaithNeig1

One of New Jersey’s longest running traditions had to be postponed last weekend. But, we are officially back ON for this Saturday January 3! Registration has re-opened, so if you haven’t signed up yet you can still do so. Help us raise funds for @InterfaithNeig1 with a fun race!

Due to the state of emergency in effect now in New Jersey, we unfortunately need to postpone tomorrow’s Polar Bear Races. The tentative reschedule date is next Sat. Jan. 3. Thank you for your support of the event & our partners @InterfaithNeig1 . Look for more details on Monday.

It was a big weekend for the club all around. Our masters athletes had 4 teams on the podium at the @USAMastersTrack 5K in Atlanta. Both men & women had team wins in our XC series. Great turnout for our Youth XC Series. Several road race wins - Paramus 10K, Bethlehem 5K & more!

Due to the state of emergency declared for NJ and high winds expected at the Shore, Week 3 of the Lester Wright Jr. Youth XC Series will not be held tomorrow. The event is postponed and will be held later this fall (tentatively Sunday November 9, pending Park approval). #xc

1st year club member and @MonmouthHawks alum Marisa Kilgarriff finished as the 1st 🥇 female & 3rd overall in the Norfolk Land Trust Trail Race Haystack Mountain Challenge Half Marathon last weekend, conquering more than 2,000 feet of elevation along the way. #theshoreac #trails
