This young boy tells his mom to chill. Many will say that is this generation’s language, and it is, but, that’s the equivalent of us telling our mom to calm down. I don’t know about you but I would never have told my mom to calm down. 😳 Others have said why not let the mom handle it? Family dynamics- the dad used to be the disciplinarian when I was growing up. It doesn’t mean that mom can’t handle it. But, the father is letting his son know that he will not tolerate rude or disrespectful behavior towards mom, his wife. I liked the way the dad took charge. 💯 What do you think of the way the dad jumped in and handled it? 🤔

Calling it a “gender war” is a deflection. It shifts attention away from abuse and places blame on women for reacting to it.
