Another Eid and this picture is viral again. My heart breaks for Sudan every time I see it. This photo was taken in Darfur that is now under RSF control. They have raped, tortured & killed thousands! Its been 4 Eids now…I cant help but wonder if this little boy is still alive…

Hardest decision of my life

I swear I’m not even exaggerating - 80% of my life problems atm are cus I have a Sudanese passport. Career, education, safety, travel bans, heck even opening a darn bank account is almost impossible. The world is simply telling us Sudanis we don’t deserve a place in this world.

No real questions… And y’all know the questions I’m talking about.” Torre argues the NBA has cultivated an “unsustainable reputation,” portraying itself as “the good guys” while it “keeps on getting into business with characters that are very persuasively the bad guys.” “So far they’re just hoping that no one really asks them about it in public. The UAE has been widely reported as a key backer of Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces, which the U.S. government has determined committed genocide. The NBA also green-lit Israeli-American ultra-Zionist Miriam Adelson’s family buying the Mavericks, while putting the team under her son-in-law’s name to soften backlash. Humanity has not died in Sudan, it died in the halls of power in Abu Dhabi, in Geneva, in Washington, in the private meetings with Epstein etc...I haven't read the article bcs it is behind a paywall, but humanity is well alive among Sudanese civilians helping eachother survive.

Not impressed by the increasing number of uncritically pro-SAF/army accounts on social media platforms "raising awareness about Sudan". Especially northern Sudanese diaspora positioning themselves as "representing Sudan" while erasing role of SAF in the rise of the RSF.
