@AimenDean They criticised Iran outright for its aggression, and provided aerial defence to GCC. I appreciate you feel their support was too soft , that your right.
I’m just saying you underestimated, what the UK and France are aware of now, the risk of following an unhinged US president
English

@TheTHNewspaper Both France and UK called for restraint and ceasefire from the very beginning! Without taking into account the considerable damage the IRGC did to the infrastructure in the GCC despite staying out of the war in the first place!
English

Now it makes perfect sense why the GCC didn’t rush to jump into this war alongside Trump. When your ally swings wildly between escalation and deal-making … One minute talking war, the next chasing an agreement with the very aggressive regime firing thousands of missiles at you, hesitation isn’t weakness, it’s prudence.
After absorbing over 6,000 ballistic missiles and drones, the Gulf monarchies had every reason to act. But Trump’s erratic signals and obsession with a deal over decisive action made caution the only rational and wise choice.
English

@AimenDean I don’t believe the UK endorsed a ceasefire until the US confirmed one. Happy to be proved wrong
English

@TheTHNewspaper The UK and France were calling for ceasefire and coexistence prematurely, all while the IRGC was launching thousands of missiles and drones at these countries!

@KyleFreegard @yidoooo20 Would go as far as to say those first 10 games. He looked generational and it brought him a lot of credit in the bank that some spurs fans (me until midway through this season) thought he was a great player. Now don’t think many prem teams would take him over their current Lb
English

@yidoooo20 @TheTHNewspaper He hasn’t been the same player since his debut season, it’s time to accept it.
English

This is how I’d lineup Spurs vs Brighton at the weekend.
Xavi has to be starting and I’d like to see both Solanke and Bergvall dropped to the bench. Enough of this 3 strikers across the front line business. #thfc

English

@yidoooo20 @KyleFreegard Unfortunately his legs are so cooked from the injuries he can barely move
English

@yidoooo20 @KyleFreegard I literally said he’s not good at left back … but Udogie is so so so bad.
I actually would’ve considered VDV left back if Romero was fit but that’s out the window
English

@TheTHNewspaper @KyleFreegard That Spence shout is the worst thing I’ve ever heard
English

@DPJHodges You expect them to cut off diplomatic relations 😂 be serious I don’t know if even the greens would advocate that

Britain stands up to the Trump administration latest...

Great to catch up with my friend @JDVance today in DC following his talks in Pakistan. It is vital that the ceasefire continues and we get shipping flowing freely again through the Straits of Hormuz. We continue to work together towards a just and lasting peace in Ukraine.

@ASimpleFro95451 @AaronBastani Waiting lists down , but were already so high so not like the issue would have completely gone
English

@AaronBastani Not convinced the NHS from family members who need appointments often but Starmer has played a blinder with the Iran situation.
English

Saying no to an insane war.
Doubling down on monstrous capacity for renewables.
NHS waiting lists going down.
Made shoplifting actually illegal again.
Now this?!
Sadly, tho, Morgan McSweeney killed his career over 12 months.
Still…
