They also requested a chargeback for the tips they sent. This is an incredibly stupid and underhanded situation. It’s the first time I’ve ever dealt with something like this, and I truly hope none of artists ever have to go through this

A client who commissioned me back in November through VGen is now trying to file a chargeback through their bank. They deliberately deleted all of their messages from our Discord conversation, shut down all of their accounts, and are not responding to me or to VGen support.

@powdury You should probably still continue with the customer service ticket as to resolve the misunderstanding so that they don't use this ban as a precedent.
