@PCMag @TheTileApp did NOT warranty one of its products after it started to fail before 12 months of use. @TileSupport told me the tile connected in the 13th month. But the app told me otherwise. App is always trying to upsell. Customer service only by chat, and use fake names.

@TheTileApp has turned into a complete garbage product that works maybe 10% of the time. Any time I want to find my device or a phone it's "unavailable". Randomly it will say "last location 2 mins ago" but never told me when I had the app open. Walking around looking is faster

@TheTileApp you guys suck ass. I have your product on 6 different things at my house. Bought the ones that battery can be replaced. Replaced batteries. Nothing updating after I followed every single option out there. This isn’t the first time I had some of your product not work after replacing battery. Just letting you now I’m throwing your shit away and building my own like I should have the first time.
