Well, I think I’m seeing unique things happening in the US in my adult lifetime. The people elected him, and I give support to a President of either party in hope of success. The White House performance, I found lacking in his first term, but, many of us survived Covid and any mistakes in his first term. His first term should have ended better, and I find fault in his first exit from power. That said, just like his first term, I awake with a sense to my core, of some entertaining event happens everyday with our President. In his first term, I used to say to mine self, every afternoon, before watching evening news, “Let’s see what trouble DJT was into today”. Things have changed. He has a game plan, like football and he’s running it. Many will debate his success or “flag on the play”. The thing I notice most about his second term is the anger. His supporters and “opponents” all are angry. And it’s from his coaching on the play. And it’s by intent. Fear? No. I’m a Marine with Cancer, so death is an inevitability. And I think his game plan is not to push people that far, but pretty close. Just what I see. From the Center seat.
