@DLockyh @MrOvis_ @firewalkwithG Ah okay I was talking about StP, my bad. But StP is a VN. Not an ADV. It's not like the Sierra games at all. In StP you are bound by making text-based choices and there is no other gameplay. ADV requires other gameplay too. Like clicking environment/items.

But in slay the princess the gameplay revolves around exploring through choices it’s the main point of the game which makes it more akin to early Sierra games

@Metsys416660 @calebhart42 I understand why you're saying that, but I think you're missing a vital piece of information. Bigger map = more to do. If we get access to 90% of the FF7 map in part 3, we need to have a reason to go there. So everywhere we can go in Part 3, there has to be stuff to do.

I have been saying this for a while because it has been said that none of the original story of the game will be cut from Part 3, which is awesome but leads into an issue. If this is true, then that means that the game will be fucking insanely huge, granted there are a vast amount of areas in the game that havent been visited/talked about. Rocket Town, Wutai, Gaias Cliff, Bone Village, Revisit to Midgar, Fort Condor, etc... The game will likely be some 250+ hour playthrough and 300+ gigs which can lead to burnout halfway through the game even, and likely will cause most streamers or players to take a break mid way and revisit it later. That can diminish the overall experience of the game.

RE: FFVII Drama I think it's about time we come clean with each-other regarding this. There's a lot of personal feelings going around in the last few days that needs to be directly addressed, without the 'he said, this once' sort of thing happening. We've all been in this for so long that it's hard to look back at what's happened for the past six years without a wide lens of context. I think we're starting to gain a little bit of that perspective with part 3 right on the horizon. Things are closer than they ever have been, and it's making some folks feel uncomfortable about what they feel. Maybe it could happen, maybe it can't. What's important is that we're able to have these conversations at any time. It's all for fun, and it feels like the entire point of the trilogy. A lot of people don't like what I have to say about certain things, but it's how I feel and I can't hold that back. Don't want to beat around the bush anymore and directly talk about this without being cheeky or trying to hide what I really feel about things. So I'm just gonna say what everyone is feeling. Part 3 will be 300+ GB and ship with a NVME drive on PS5 with a little imprinted FFVII logo. I refuse to believe everything else. You can't convince me otherwise.

@PandaKingEX I can agree on FF7 but FFX arguably has the best elemental usage out of the entire franchise. Lots of bossfights force you to use elements, or have elemental dmg make it easier. 95% of enemies have an elemental weakness. You have multiple ways to lessen/deal it.

Guys I specifically picked FFVII and FFX because they are the most popular and praised games in the series. People are bringing up games that are not even FF and games like XIII that are controversial (I love XIII btw) my point is that in the peak of FF popularity, elements suck
