On a general level, that's like asking "What makes fillet mignon better than a plate of kitty litter?"
But to boil it down to one thing, Snyder's predilection for mythic storytelling and grandiose action is what made me such a fan of his, both of which are all over ZSJL.

@Vic_tor_sa @ManaByte Even if that is true - it doesn’t make Snipes unprofessional. Tommy Lee Jones famously HATED Jim Carey on the set of Batman, LOATHED him. They both still turned in great performances and got paid.
At a certain point you have to ask why Snipes gets singled out.
