I sort of think if we get down to debating HOLAP versus Robotic Simple, it might be the wrong debate.
Both are excellent for large prostates.
I'd be more interested, as a community, in making sure people don't get 25 Urolift clips implanted for a 200 g gland, than splitting hairs over which fantastic procedure they should get for large glands.

I follow the same steps every time — even when the prostate is very small. Systematizing the approach is key.
In my opinion, it’s a reproducible, simple, fast and safe technique.
