@TheXenothios @ApexJones22 It did what it had to do as the first Lightsaber battle ever. I do find it funny how you ignore the duels from Episode V and Episode VI, which showed a lot of improvement in the choreography. Lucas era duels got better and better, Disney duels got worse and worse.

@TheXenothios @ApexJones22 Storywise it made sense. I always viewed the fight as him stalling while luke and the others made their escape. Hence why he stops completely when he sees them and lets vader strike him down. Also the fight was more styled after kendo than what we have today Which is also fine
