@FJLightning007 Shield was wiped out by Hydra in Cap Winter Soldier, it was never restarted hence why it never appears after. Nick goes to S.W.O.R.D. As we see in secret invasion and the marvels.

That the old shows aren't canon (excluding FOX shows and Marvel TV animations) when there isn't a single real proof of them being non canon. So yeah, from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., to Agent Carter, to Daredevil to Helstrom, all of them are canon to the MAIN universe.

@Warennie24 @FJLightning007 They didn't really have different time travelling rules. Season 7 followed it exactly from Endgame. Season 5 is a bit different with being pulled to the future using different technology. The TVA in Loki has its own technology and their time-travel also works differently.

@GoldenBearGuy There have been proposals to split it and remove protections for commercial properties. That is a different discussion. We are talking about family owned, residential properties. However, even the commercial properties go up in taxes each year.

The prop 13 "issue" is a scapegoat for big groups and billionaires trying to buy properties in areas with scarcity.

Ha ha, Prop 13 really messed up California. It’s amazing that progressives there have the votes to pass any reform in the world except the most obvious, repealing Prop 13. Imagine having that $10 million view & the state basically gives you a pass on paying property taxes on it.

Many areas of California, though, that doesn't get you very much. Housing economics in California are problematic. This is not the problem. Go look at institutional owners.

@BerkeleyMonitor @mucha_carlos Single, individual properties. Taxes go up on the property ever year, just not as fast as the land may appreciated. That is the only difference. If the land around them depreciates, the taxes on the Prop 13 property still go up.
