Hey @TravelGov , I have urgent travel (in one week) and my expedited online passport renewal application has not had any updates since saying "Received" 5 weeks ago. I have already called the hotline and received no help or new information.

@jackzilinskas What number did you call? The urgent travel one?

To anyone reading this: I called the travel department's number and told them I had urgent travel and am approaching the promised deadline of receiving my passport. After a couple hour wait I was put through and made an appointment to get my passport from my local agency.
