I’m not a cricket expert, but a few things PBKS immediately need to fix are: 1. Remove players who don’t show intent to win. Remember, we have defended 111 and chased 200+ totals before, but a player with negative intent can never help you win any match. 2. We can’t win matches with defensive bowling. No matter what, we need aggressive bowlers. 3. Banter among players is okay, but not everything needs to be uploaded on social media. Yes, I’m saying this to the players as well. You are sportspersons, not influencers. Respect your sport. 4. It’s not necessary that a player with a great tag will always perform. You don’t have to wait for 14 matches to take a decision and keep waiting for performance. 5. Have better fielding coaching. 6. You might hate me for this, but the team needs to improve its social media game and admins. Hire admins from Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal, Haryana, or Uttarakhand. They can understand the local audience better. 7. It would be better to keep most of the matches in Mullanpur and only 1–2 matches in Dharamshala.

Hate me or do whatever, there is definitely something wrong with PBKS Management. Secondly, you can't call a stadium your home stadium where the crowd is cheering for the opposite team,you will eventually be morally down. In Mullanpur, people cheered majorly for PBKS only no matter what the result is. There is no team in the IPL that has two home grounds, it's only PBKS. While other teams play for trophies, this team only plays for business, not passionately or seriously like other players who give 200% of themselves for their team and franchise. Shreyas, Pointing,Stoinois ,Shanshak,Brar,Prabh have given their best always and have my respect It's a team game. If not everyone on the field gives their best, the team deserves to lose.
