I seem to bump into Crissy Froyd every year at the Senior Bowl. She doesn’t know who I am, but, and this is hard to explain, she always makes it known who she is. In 2024, I was grabbing guys for a couple of friends that do interviews. I don’t like doing interviews, so rather than standing around on media day, I’ll grab guys that they want to interview. In 24, we got Spencer Rattler. Right before we hit record on the video, Crissy walks up to let Spencer know that she’s next. She’s in the shot, but doesn’t care. She eventually takes a few steps to the side, but she was practically there for the whole interview. In 2025, I sat behind her in the press box for the game. During the National Anthem, she was using the camera on her phone to zoom in on players for pics. I never saw her write an article, but she did shop for most of the game. It’s well-known that you have to get to the press box early if you want a seat. She always has an assigned seat. Others, that don’t get there early, are forced to stand in the rear of the room. I can’t speak to some of the stuff that she’s talked about/been accused of. I can just talk about the way that I’ve seen her treat others when the spotlight isn’t on her. That’s the Crissy Froyd I know. Now please don’t fire me, boss
