Pain is temporary. Eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit and let the pain live it will last forever. The danger is letting the pain become a place of comfort and familiarity.

You have no idea what is in you until you’re pushed by a difficult situation.

You can’t think yourself to greatness. You’ve got to do the work. 1st commit to something. Then do the work. Readjust when the plan in the middle does not work out.

You can only become who you think you are. Act like the person you want to become.

Your body has a time limit. Your goal can outlive you.

Don’t ask if you’re worthy of the goal. Ask, “is this goal worth trading my life for?” You are trading your life (time) for this goal.
