“They Were Trying To Build A Coup To Oust The Speaker.” Former Congressional staffer and @RepThomasMassie’s ex-girlfriend @Cyntaxed007 Cynthia West tells me that while she worked in Congresswoman Victoria Spartz’s @RepSpartz office, much of the behind-the-scenes focus was on efforts involving Spartz and Massie to oust Speaker Mike Johnson @SpeakerJohnson. West says the office environment was toxic, chaotic, and abusive, and that staffers were treated as disposable, with over 100 staffers cycling through Spartz’s office. She also says Spartz’s office hid behind the “90-day” employment talking point even though, according to West, that system was being used because staff turnover in Spartz’s office was so severe. West says she witnessed the inner workings of a broken Congressional system where members protect themselves, staffers have limited recourse, and House Ethics doesn’t inspire confidence. Massie and Spartz publicly say they want accountability, but behind closed doors, according to West, they are conniving coup-plotters obsessed with their own power while several of their staffers were left to suffer. How many staffers have Massie and Spartz abused, silenced, paid off, or pushed out? @SpeakerJohnson should investigate.

Russian election interference is in full swing today as Thomas Massie leans into Russian state owned media for support today before he loses his election. Massie says Israel is interfering in his election, but so far I just see Russian and Iranian interference.
