The Judicial Services Commission (JSC) did not hold its scheduled meeting today due to a lack of quorum and will reconvene before the end of the month. Earlier, the JSC said it would decide on FICAC’s leadership, including Ms Barbara Malimali’s future, on or by March 31, with a meeting initially set for March 25. A quorum requires the Chief Justice as the chairperson plus two members. #Fiji #FijiNews

This "fatherlessness" narrative feels like a massive oversimplification that ignores systemic issues (absence of second income) and risks devaluing the incredible work single mothers do, and ignores the fact that many "fatherless" homes have strong grandfathers, uncles, & family.
