At what point do you think you think you are talking to an automated response vs an actual person? Ordered a product on August 1 with a delivery window of August 4-7. It's Pixel Buds and a case, nothing to big. A day or so later my order status says "Prepared to Ship" And Now, nearly 2 weeks later I've been getting the same "Product Expert Escalation" Response from the 'Support' person. Is this just an automated response? I mean, I feel like a real support human being would simply ping a google store or warehouse and tell them to toss some Pixel Buds and a case in a box and ship it to my address, right? Maybe my order is a "bug" they now have to squish and figure out why it didn't ship properly...🤷♂️ Hopefully Google resolves it with a human at some point.
