@evowizz @theonecid Yeah, the one time I can see this being frustrating is when setting up a new device, and then being hit with this delay. But even then, you can load them via adb and you're set. It's a fair compromise I suppose

@thatjoshguy69 @theonecid It's a great change. Only a few people would be impacted. Waiting 24h is fine, not to mention it doesn't impact verified developers. The benefits are great though. And besides, like you said, adb will not be impacted by the delay.

@theonecid I mean I understand the logic behind it, and ADB is still an option for folks like me and you. But I'm not exactly the number one fan of this decision

Worse. We're using AI that, today, produces low quality code. That code is then hosted on GitHub or other services, which is then used to train models. This is why having actual developers is important. We already see low quality apps today. Using AI is fine, as long as it's reviewed and corrected :)

@evowizz It's a fascinating colour. Look at it one way and it's blue. Look at it another way and it's purple. I actually really dig it! So unique, and not super flashy. I was worried it was gonna scream "barbie phone", but I was pleasantly surprised

This is great news! I was patiently waiting for Google to showcase how it would truly work. I believe some people jumped on the conclusion that Google was fully disabling sideloading unverified apps way too quickly. But I'm glad that Google clarified all of this.

I can not understand what the big deal is with pasteurization? It's literally just heating milk for a set time then rapidly cooling it No chemicals, no high tech equipment, it's just heated milk
