SoulRide is marking the 60th anniversary of "the Day the Music Died", Feb 3, 1959. Ritchie Valens of Pacoima wrote his own songs and is considered a forefather of "Chicano rock" or Latin rock. His 8-month career inspired Santana and Los Lobos. Valens was only 17 when he died.

If Buddy Holly were alive today, he'd be 82. Instead he died in 1959 — sixty years ago today — "the day the music died." The Big Bopper, Ritchie Valens and the pilot also died. They were heading for Fargo. Holly hired the plane after heating problems developed on his tour bus.

Hi Joel Mills. I've reported your troll page posting my pics etc. Your comment about CCTV has just exposed yourself as you must work for oxford circus tube to view CCTV. Someone not paying fare doesn't excuse your illegal actions at work. Assualt. Verbal abuse, intimidation etc.

I used to work on the underground as a sub contractor and fam you deserve the reaction you got and end of day, you do realise you can get your oyster card taken off you and banned from tfl for bumping the fare now ???

@osowaveymus He's lying to save his arse. Don't be so gullible. His behaviour is not acceptable whatever the case may be which is why his manager and colleague who you can see in the vid (mixed race girl) pleaded with me not to complain. If he was right why did they beg me to leave it???
