@eir hi our business broadband is down. We are losing money. I rang 1901 only to get a message to say everyone is on training. Like you have no one to answer calls??? Madness. How do I get my broadband fixed. Where do I log this?

@eir DM sent. I run an online business which is now essentially closed. You have no way for me to contact you. What sort of a business are you running. This is absolutely crazy. You have all your staff on training. What is your plan b for customer support.
