@eir @ 20.46pm on thur 16th July 2026 I received a text from collection. In subsequent hrs I then received multiple same texts. Given that I only recently upgraded my plan (eir cust many yrs) my bill not due till 20th of July for payment. 1 text .. acceptable 2maybe..multiple not

@eir I would also like to highlight the fact that when i paid it I received a text confirming payment.. and then noticed the multiple text notifications to pay my bill have disappeared ironically &so did the text about barring my service. This needs a serious discussion with a manager
