🅰️ 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐃 𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐓-𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐄?
It usually describes art, fashion, or music that’s bold, experimental, and ahead of its time. But it’s not just about aesthetics in this context, it’s happening in DeFi too.
While most projects try to copy banks on-chain, avant-garde DeFi asks:
𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙛 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙞𝙩?
✦Uniswap ditched order books and let code handle trades.
✦MakerDAO gave power to the community instead of a central authority.
✦Experiments like TerraUSD pushed boundaries and showed the risks of moving too fast.
Avant-garde DeFi is unconventional, unproven, and uncomfortable but that’s exactly how the future of finance is built.
→ 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲: The stuff that feels weird, risky, and unfamiliar today can become the standard tomorrow. That's what Avant-garde DeFi stands for, (building the future, even if it feels awkward or uncertain).
→It’s like buying music online before Spotify existed. At first, it felt weird to pay for digital songs instead of CDs, but now it’s how almost everyone consumes music.
Are you watching or building?
My next post will teach you how to build an avant-garde brand as a creator. Stay tuned.

@ositawebx That’s why I entered this space telling everyone I’m not him. I’m always striving to get there but some won’t tbh.
English

most of the so-called idolos/kols in this space are overrated
when i joined, i rated them highly
i thought they had real value
but over time, i saw the truth
a lot of them don’t actually know much
they just know how to look like they do
hype
surface-level knowledge
and constant underdelivery
then they turn around and complain about low pay
you’re not underpaid
you’re just overpriced
and the worst part?
you’re killing trust
we’re already fighting a reputation problem
and you’re making it worse
influence without value is noise
if you’re going to lead, then actually lead
if not, step aside for people who can deliver

@Carloskg001 Great Thread. A community manager can make or mar a project.
English

Lot of people have been asking me,
“What exactly do you do as a Web3 community manager?”
Let me break it down simply, based on real work, not theory.
First thing you need to understand is this:
Community management is not just sending announcements or saying “gm”.
If that’s all you’re doing, my bro you’re not managing anything.

English

you keep saying the tl is dry and there’s no alpha
i beg to differ
there’s something called prediction markets that has been gaining traction for a while now
most people saw it and ignored it
prediction markets are platforms where you stake on real-world outcomes and earn if you’re right
not just sports betting
but predictions across politics, crypto, news, culture and more
for example:
“will Bola Ahmed Tinubu win the 2027 elections?”
yes or no
you put your money behind your conviction
sounds crazy
but it’s already happening
join me this friday, 20th march 2026 as i host @Axio_Market
we’ll break down what we’re building and how you can position early
could you be the first millionaire in your family?
let’s find out

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT COMPLETE GUIDE
understanding web3 communities
before applying for jobs or joining any community, you must first understand:
not all web3 communities are the same.
🔹 Types of Web3 Communities
1. educational & empowerment communities
example: @tgmweb3institut , @fluxzone001 , @Block_hubV2
the focus on learning, training, and growth
The goal is to onboard people into web3, teach skills, share knowledge
Activities include:
tutorials, workshops, mentorship, weekly training sessions, resource sharing
these communities are safe spaces to learn and grow
2. token-based communities
focus : tokens (crypto assets built on existing blockchains)
members usually ; have invested in the token, believe in the project
these communities are often trend-driven and investment-focused.
3. nft-based communities
NFT = Non-Fungible Token, this are digital assets that can be owned
many people learn web3 through nft communities, they are highly community-driven and culture-based
4. defi communities
focus on decentralized finance
activities include trading, staking, yield farming
early mistake to avoid
many beginners make this mistake:
applying randomly to every community without understanding them.
this leads to:
rejections, confusion, poor positioning
always identify the type of community before engaging or applying.

Another day observing, learning and understanding how this space really works.
Web3 moves fast…
but growth here still rewards patience and presence.
We go again tomorrow. 🚀

I’ve been in Web3 for a while now. Not as a big influencer… but as someone who has really explored communities, hunted opportunities and observed how projects grow. Today I’m starting something new. A Thread
English

@junestarrrr I’ll be tagging you definitely to it. This week we turning it up!
