In April of 2006, Navy Seal Michael Day was shot 28 times, but it didn't stop him.
He was shot everywhere on his body but his head, and continued to fight with his Sig 9MM pistol even after the pistol grips and his thumb was shot off.
With that handleless pistol he killed the three more remaining bad guys. He only walked to a Medevac helicopter when the job was done.
Athletes shouldn't be revered as heroes, men like this should be.
Yes, Mike survived.✝️🙏
God bless Michael Day! 🇺🇲

I don't brush my teeth with toothpaste.
Here's my my daily natural oral care routine:
Step 1: Oil Pulling (Morning, Afternoon, & Night)
I start and end my day with this.
I use organic, unrefined coconut oil (Dr. Bronner’s or Organics brand).
How I do it:
• Scoop a little on the back of your toothbrush or finger
• Swish for 5–10 minutes
• Spit in the trash - never the sink (trust me, I learned that the hard way)
Oil pulling helps pull toxins from the tissues, freshens breath, reduces bad bacteria, & gives you a clean base before brushing.
This is one of the oldest natural oral healing practices - and it still works.
Step 2: Herbal Tooth & Gum Powder
Next, I use Dr. Morse’s Herbal Tooth & Gum Powder - an herbal blend loaded with:
Baking soda, golden seal root, mullein leaf, white oak bark, myrrh resin, acerola cherry, plantain leaf, diatomaceous earth, spearmint, vanilla bean, & cinnamon bark.
How I use it:
• Scoop a bit on the tongue
• Gently rub it across gums and teeth
• Add a touch of coconut oil to form a paste
• Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before rinsing or brushing
Golden seal supports gum regeneration.
Myrrh tightens tissues.
White oak bark strengthens the gums.
And the herbal blend leaves your mouth feeling clean in a way regular toothpaste never does. This is detox & regeneration for the mouth.
Step 3: Brush and Finish Strong
After the powder, I brush with Tom’s non-fluoridated toothpaste.
Then I finish with another quick coconut-oil swish to seal the whole routine.
DIY toothpaste option:
Coconut oil + baking soda
Add a drop of spearmint or peppermint essential oil
That’s it - clean ingredients, zero toxins, and fully aligned with how the body heals.
I’ve been doing this exact routine for over five years. In that time:
• Zero cavities
• Strong, healthy gums
• Breath that stays fresh naturally
• And a mouth that feels alive, not coated
We underestimate how much oral health impacts lymph, sinuses, digestion, & even energy levels.
When you stop using chemical-based pastes and give your mouth herbs, oils, and minerals, the body responds fast.
If you want a natural routine that actually works, this is a powerful place to start.
Simple, effective, & aligned with how God designed the body to heal.

WHEN YOU SAY GOODBYE TO A PARENT
You are suddenly living in a whole new world.
You are no longer ‘the child’ and regardless of how long you have officially been ‘grown up’ for, you realize you actually never were until this moment. The shock of this adjustment will shake your very core.
When you have finally said goodbye to both your parents, assuming you were lucky enough to have had two. You are an orphan on this earth and that never, ever gets easier to take no matter how old and grey you are yourself and no matter how many children of your own you have.
You see, a part of your body is physically connected to the people that made it and also a part of your soul. When they no longer live, it is as if you are missing something practical that you need – like a finger or an arm. Because really, you are. You are missing your parent and that is something far more necessary than any limb.
And yet the connection is so strong it carries on somehow, no-one knows how exactly. But they are there. In some way, shape or form they are still guiding you if you listen closely enough. You can hear the words they would choose to say to you.
You can feel the warmth of their approval, their smile when a goal is achieved, their all-consuming love filling the air around you when a baby is born they haven’t met.
If you watch your children very closely you will see that they too have a connection with your parents long after they are gone. They will say things that resonate with you because it brings so many memories of the parent you are missing. They will carry on traits, thoughts and sometimes they will even see them in their dreams.
This is not something we can explain.
Love is a very mystical and wondrous entity.
It is far better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all and grief, grief is the price of that love. The deeper the love the stronger the grief.
When you say goodbye to a parent, do not forget to connect with that little girl who still lives inside you somewhere.
Take very good care of her, for she, she will be alone and scared.
When you say goodbye to your parents, you lose an identity, a place in the world. When the people who put you on this earth are no longer here, it changes everything.
Look after yourself the way they looked after you and listen out for them when you need it the most.
They never really leave.

Your Android phone’s storage is full.
You delete photos, videos, apps. It’s still full.
Because it’s not the visible files that are eating up your storage. Most of it is the HIDDEN junk that Android never tells you about.
I cleaned mine yesterday and got 23GB back without deleting a single photo.
Here’s how:
