Despite opening a support ticket immediately and engaging with five different agents via live chat and email, no resolution has been provided after 14 days. Most agents offered only generic responses without concrete solutions. One agent, Lucas, provided updates via email, but the technical team has repeatedly failed to resolve the issue. Key timeline: June 26: Payout credited and ticket submitted. July 3: Rise Pay confirmed RSK passkey recovery, yet withdrawal remained impossible. He complied with all required trading days. He met the 20% consistency requirements. He proactively contacted Customer Support before requesting payout due to concerns about the "Tilt Control" metric on the dashboard. Support explicitly reassured him: "Tilt Control is a behavioral nudge, not a rule or breach." Despite this, his payout was denied.
