I will never understand why he didn’t pitch the 7th. One of the most dominating postseason starts in history. If Skubal goes one more inning, Vest pitches 8-9. That might’ve been the ballgame.

At some point you have to play baseball and not remove the human element. Taking out Canzone for Garver or Robles for Raley should be jail time. Momentum killers at their best.

The overreaction of lefty vs righty batters frustrates the hell out of me. If a batter is hot, leave him the F in the game. Removing a player that just had a huge hit the very next at bat for a sub .200 batter only because of a right handed pitcher is mind boggling to me.
