@KeithHuewen well, first thing is not to do chest compressions on someone who has a heart beat, if they have water in their lungs, then the breaths were good, but they should have turned so the head was at the lowest point, giving the water a chance to flow out

Painted in the early 00s, Banksy’s figure of Death on the Thekla ship was at first painted over by the council (without the permission of the Thekla’s owners, who were understandably furious at the council.) Banksy returned soon after to repaint the mural.

Enroute to investigate some dangerous driving from the weekend when this drove past. The driver initially said he thought the number plate in his windscreen was both legal and easily visible. Neither is true. Ticket and referral to DVLA for private plate withdrawal.
