America is a nation, founded by a specific people. It is not a giant strip mall meant to be sold to the highest bidder.
It makes sense for foreigners such as yourself to look at America as a "land of opportunity" but do you not understand why the natives might feel differently?

Latinos in America assimilate far better, they're much more fun to hangout with and don't act like they're better than Americans.
It's why Latinos don't get much hate despite being ~25% of the US population (plus 50 million illegals), compared to Indians who're 1-2%.

I don’t like the statement from Rubio, and I’d like to think we are past the point of this political correctness. But I also don’t really care how based our leaders sound. I care about the job they execute. So if Rubio feels like he needs to mischaracterize the right as a political tactic while helping to execute the agenda of the right, so be it.
