@raituna_art The other main consideration is if you really want their burst as your lobby animation. Best to grab while they're on rate up but for permanent characters you'll likely get there eventually.

@raituna_art Dupes aren't a huge power boost. Something like 2% each, it adds up at Core7 but really isn't worth chasing. you'll need 5 SSRs at 3* eventually but it's easier to use the wishlist, body label shop and black tickets for that instead of chasing a 1% rate up

They destroyed the Alva generator so the connection was good enough for live communication. Oswald was listening even after the Ark was sealed until goddess squad left the base.

Okay, he assumed she was important because she said her name, fair. That still doesn’t answer the question of Oswald knew this information about who these Nikkes were. A lot of them have died in overzone and records were erased. It’s also a stretch that he wrote down specific details like her necklace.

I'm talking about the things that happened in plaza in the new chapters. He just found out who Dorothy was because he stole a book from Eyeri (shot in the head during the blackout) and started making his plan the next day. Now thinking about it, how did he get info about Dorothy and Pinne friendship, if Oswald didn't know about her.

@raituna_art Probably better to wait until ch20ish to do Overzone even if people were clamoring you to do it asap. The devs release important side stories about when they'd make the most sense with where the main story is.
