Louie Tukes did not show up to court for my preliminary hearing despite a subpoena from the state. Rather than dismiss the case against me due to his refusal to testify and evidence (body cam footage) showing Louie Tukes lied in his affidavit, the state was allowed to spend 2 hours calling him and his superiors attempting to compel him to court. He never came. My preliminary hearing was reset to the end of the month (taking another month of my life) rather than dismiss the charges.
