This was a much different start to the season for the #Yankees than in 2025. Last year in the season opening sweep of Milwaukee the Yankees scored 36 runs. This year in the season opening sweep of San Francisco the Yankees allowed one run. It all comes down to October for the Yankees but the pitching is legit and they are running back the same offense that scored the most runs in baseball last year. Which is why I never understood where people got the idea that this wasn’t a playoff team. Is it a championship team? That’s where I have my doubts but so far, so good in 2026.

I think this year will be better prepared. Yeah I don’t know why the last couple years are point guard bad got hurt?

@ThieJonathan @TheFieldOf68 Well, you can’t help legitimate injuries. This wasn’t Shaedon Sharpe. Every time he went on the court he dislocated his shoulder. Horrible luck for him and UK, but we should have had a backup PG. Blame UK for JQ as well, not him. A complicated ACL isn’t something to mess with.
