H-1B was built in 1990 when your “talent pool” was whoever could drive to your office. There was no Zoom. No remote. Three decades later, that excuse is dead. We’re laying off tech workers en masse. If your pitch is “not one American can do this so we need the visa,” that's not a shortage, that's a discount.

I made a decision today. When I call for customer support I will no longer speak with ANY Indians. From now on, I will tell them politely, but firmly that I will not engage with an Indian and that I will need any other support personnel they have that is not an Indian. I am under no obligation as a consumer to deal with Indians. And I just won’t do it anymore.

I really don’t understand why visitors from India lack basic civic sense. Around Pokhara,they cook on roadsides or near rivers whenever they find open space, then leave all their trash behind. Now this behavior is even being seen on the Mustang route.
