@aashish_kumar_ @MeruOnX I hope you educated him a little. A simple: “How do you know?” “How do they know?” “What if he was lying?” A little seed of doubt grows a long way

@MeruOnX Once I was flying from Saudi Arabia to the UAE,a 9–10 year old boy from Pakistan was sitting next to me. I casually asked his name, and he responded by asking if I was Hindu, then said that Hindus go to hell Fire. Jalte hai aag mai. Mentality of 99.99 Pakistani.

A Pakistani woman recounts how an Indian doctor saved her daughter’s life in India and also treated another Pakistani family’s child who couldn’t afford care. These are the stories India rarely highlights or boasts about; it’s simply not in our nature. There are likely many such doctors who have helped and saved the lives of Pakistanis who came seeking treatment.

@MeruOnX @PawanDurani What is the use of these videos? Pakistanis will say good things about spreading love but terror will still continue. And none of them will take a stand against terror incidents like Pahalgam sponsored by their country.

@twiflanker @MeruOnX There are 200 million Muslims in India. That wasn’t my point. Read my post again and see if you can find me a video. Off the top of my head, the only one I can remember is a group of Muslims in Kashmir coming together to give an elderly Kashmiri Pandit a funeral.

@TheEmissaryCo What would you expect them to discuss in general? When it exists (which is diminishing) it's for a specific event: Someone marrying up or down, or someone working up or down. In a way, very similar to how Americans talk about race.

Have noticed when Gujarati uncles talk about Indian politics (NRI or Resident Indian), it boils down to 3 topics: 1. Development (Infra & Investment) 2. Communal Issues 3. Geopolitics Legit never heard any convo around caste, which is interesting.

Why the fuck is Brampton a Canadian city celebrating Gujarat and Maharashtra day? Yo politicians are the same everywhere. Gosh these people are annoying. Fix the Khalistani problem Patrick. I don't need you to celebrate a Maharashtra and Gujarat day in Brampton Ontario.

@kushal_mehra He's right for the wrong reasons. People behave like this because the risk of criticizing Modi is giving opportunity to catastrophic alternatives. The alternative will destroy your country, religion, culture and future. You can't give an inch.

@Iyervval This is the same challenge we have with Muslims internally to India. There isn't an obvious or easy way to separate those pledge allegiance to the ummah before their own country. It's not even religious. Many ex-Muslims would chose destruction of India while hating Islam.

Insane meeting Muslims that don't eat pork but drink beer. I feel like that's worse than just eating pork and drinking beer instead of pretending. You think you can trick god?

This sounds like cope. These jobs are becoming more technical, and no longer feels based. That shouldn't be "masculinizing", but it is for different reasons: There are many successful women in technical roles, but many ≠ most. And there's still a tendency for most women not to be technical, and focus more on soft skills. (At their own loss)
