Mr. Douglas Kanja, the Inspector General of the National Police, are you really in charge of the National Police Service? I have severally reminded you that under your leadership, goons have become part of the National Police Service. But you seem unbowed and unbothered at all. Your officers, in broad daylight have been shamelessly attacking innocent Kenyans and working alongside goons. At the ACK Witima church in Othaya, police officers with goons, using police vehicles attacked children, leaders, and women in church. They destroyed our vehicles and used live ammunition and teargas canisters in church. To date, despite them having been positively identified and placed on the scene of crime, no disciplinary action has been taken against them. Last Saturday in Kikuyu, your officers protected criminals as they robbed and harassed motorists along the Nakuru highway and Southern Bypass. In the afternoon, a squad of special officers brutally attacked us and members of the public with guns and tear gas. They were hooded and armed to teeth. The local police are complaining that police officers should maintain law and order. The same squad has arrived in Dagorreti ahead of my meeting this afternoon to cause mayhem and attack innocent Kenyans. They are using the same vehicle they used in Kikuyu. Is it that you have surrendered the command of the police to politicians or you have you allowed the National police service to be converted into a criminal gang? Might it not be known to you, the following officers are in Dagoretti doing an attack recce in a KDM 996N Toyota Probox vehicle; 1. Patrick Githinji - 0790547516; S. No. 261455 2. We are addressing 60 years of neglect of Northern Kenya by accelerating critical infrastructure and initiating government programmes.
We have embarked on an ambitious development programme of installing new generators, including nine in Mandera County, to keep the lights on and working with neighbouring Ethiopia to connect the region to the electricity grid.
Through the National Infrastructure Fund, Northern Kenya will become the largest target of investments in large-scale irrigation for food production because the region has expansive land and good soils.
At the same time, the region needs massive infrastructure development in roads and airports, including the 750km Isiolo-Mandera road that is already under construction.
To support education, we are undertaking affirmative action in the region by employing 1,800 local teachers next month, strengthening stability and continuity in learning.

Kamande wa Kioi has been unwell for a long time, with his medical bill rising to about Ksh 1.5 million.
Despite organizing three fundraisers, he only managed to raise around Ksh 50,000 in total, an average of 15K per harambee,as he rarely collaborates with others, including fellow artists. Most were not picking his calls! Gachagua even refused to help him!
Frustrated by the low support, he lashed out publicly, even going as far as writing a will and selling his car and studio, believing his condition was terminal.
In a last attempt, he reached out to the President and his Deputy for help. The President contributed Ksh 2 million, while the Deputy added Ksh 1 million, totaling Ksh 3 million, which was delivered promptly. In Less than 48 hours! He returned to hospital, received treatment, and eventually recovered.
After his discharge, the Deputy was tasked with following up on his situation, and since then, Kamande received additional financial support totalling to several millions.
But, after recovering, he repaid Ruto and Kindiki with a song insulting,attacking and asking for their ouster at the request of Gachagua, with a promise of payment after completion!
Kamande wa Kioi has never met Gachagua! He will not be paid! And he will not have friends leave alone reputation! Gachagua has succeeded in destroying another Kikuyu!
Greed is harmful, and ungratefullness poisons the heart. But,eventually, God will repay Ruto and Kindiki.
