@rahulnarwekar Sir, 8 days have passed since you asked the MH government to make EV vehicles toll-free and refund the illegally collected toll amount. Even today, my EV vehicle has been charged toll on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Atal Setu. Please look into this matter again.

@MSRDCPUNE I've bought an EV vehicle, and as per the new EV Policy, tolls are exempted for EV vehicles on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Atal Setu, Samruddhi Expressway, etc. However, my toll is still regularly getting deducted. Please take action on this!

@MSRDCPUNE I'm contacting everyone (My fastag issuing bank, toll plaza office, NHAI but no one is taking responsibility and most of them don't even try to understand my query). I've changed my fastag 2 times thinking maybe other bank would solve it but no luck.

I've complained on consumer helpline and after days of arguing they finally said they'll issue a refund in 10-15 days. It's been 40+ days now and they don't even reply to my tickets and just keep on sending automated replies. I have no idea why they do people even use flipkart.
