Hey folks - so I have a pretty wild update… I’ve been asked to step up to lead Fortnite Battle Royale. It’s been a truly incredible first 5 months at Epic; the creative freedom is liberating and the team is outstanding. I have much still to learn, but I’m excited for this new role and grateful to leadership for their trust, and what we can all create on this journey together. I struggle to think of a bigger honour to have as I enter my 23rd (!!!) year of making video games and how fortunate I’ve been, and the great people I’ve worked with and learned from along the way. I hope 9 year old me who had just played Super Mario World for the first time and then spent the next decade drawing video games in art class would feel pretty chuffed, as much as I may feel like I’m still just getting started. Or as my dad said when I told him the news, “crack on then” 😅

As a brand new @OldSchoolRS player, The Ribbiting Tale of a Lily Pad Labour Dispute is my favorite quest yet. Mediating the terms of a peace agreement between humans and frogs, while framing flies and becoming complicit in the murder of a dissenting frog wasn't on my bingo card.

I just want a modern MMORPG where you skill up the RuneScape way, with ESO quests quality, WoW movement smoothness, SWG player cities and professions, GW2 open world events, EQ social party play, a huge world where im not the main character but just an adventurer. Not asking much

I told the team last month but - 3.5 years and 40 Game Updates later, my Warzone journey has ended. It has been an incredible adventure full of challenges and triumphs, and I am immensely grateful for every moment. Huge thanks to teams at @RavenSoftware @BeenoxTeam @HighMoonStudios

After 4 years, 5 Call of Duty titles, 40 seasons of content and, a personal favourite stat, ~500 Quality of Life updates, my time on Call of Duty: Warzone has come to an end. It’s been a truly incredible journey, but now I take off the hat and return to the community I came from.
