Last week I was having lunch with two other moms at a restaurant when the owner approached a member of the State Police Executive Protection Detail and said my presence made their employees feel threatened and told us to leave. Arkansans are known for their warm hospitality, and while that restaurant didn’t meet that standard, my administration will continue to focus on lifting Arkansans up, not tearing others down.

If TSA wants to make a statement, stop giving members of Congress any special treatment at all. Everyone should exercise their 1st amendment right to yell at any member of Congress about not funding DHS while they’re getting moved in front of them in a TSA line.

Gov. Sarah Sanders was ordered to leave The Croissanterie in Little Rock because some of the gay staff got triggered by her presence. The staffers said they felt threatened and uncomfortable. Sounds like some freedom-loving Arkansans need to man some picket lines outside this diner.

TSA agents are going without paychecks, and airports are at risk of shutting down. All because Republicans refuse to rein in ICE and its terror. House Democrats’ discharge petition would force a vote to reopen every part of DHS except ICE. The GOP must stop the chaos, and join us.
