@saynotolibrandu I don't know anyone that hates them but I do see anger from many sectors over having to train Indians to replace their own jobs they are being fired from.

Indians aren’t hated in America despite their success, they’re hated because of it.🇺🇸🇮🇳 Conservatives see their own abandoned dreams realized by immigrants: stable families, crushing academic discipline, relentless entrepreneurship. Leftists see their sacred ideology shattered by the same people: merit over mediocrity, culture over victimhood, results over narratives. Both sides sense the indictment. Excellence has no greater enemy than those it exposes.😎 Stop hating Indians. Instead, learn what they are doing right to achieve what can be achieved by any American if they stay on the right path. Resentment is a dead end. Excellence is a choice. Choose better.👍
John J.S. Soriano@JohnJSSoriano

94% of Indian immigrants with children are stably married, compared to 66% of white Americans. That is something they are doing right, not something you control away! This guy is holding it against Indians that their children grow up in stable families. Very conservative!

Mormonism is basically a failed attempt to restore what was lacking in much of 19th century American Protestantism. This is why is it arose during the restorationist movement when lots of Protestant denominations popped up to 'restore' the Church of Christ to the 'primitive, ancient Church.' Allie and Jacob disagree on alot but they are both apart of the same "Back to the Bible/Primitive Church" movement which ultimately rejects the Church Fathers as having any authority or weight whatsoever. Ironically, it is the Fathers who maintained the ancient Faith they both seek.
Cassian (Kyle) King@barrelagedfaith

Mormon Apologist cites the church fathers to support 'theosis' in Mormonism. The Evangelical Apologist has no reference for theosis in Scripture & the Fathers and so simply cannot engage him. *Ironically, it was actually engaging Mormons 20 years ago that caused me to leave the evangelical paradigm and embrace the one articulated by the fathers. youtube.com/live/pusfNzDWp… The obvious problem for the Mormon apologist is that he is quoting fathers who completely disagree with his approach to Christ and man so they are not good evidence for his case at all. The fathers completely reject his approach as they speak of our participation in the Divine nature via grace and His 'energizing' of us... NOT by becoming one essence (homoousios) with the Father as Christ is. The obvious problem for the Evangelical apologist is that she has no real grasp of the sacraments & our participation in the divine nature through them.

@DChadwickAuthor I would say it was a really fun movie that was great in its promise. But it's made worse retroactively because of its sequels. I loved Rey in TFA though.

You know what the most depressing thing about the Star Wars sequel trilogy is? The Force Awakens is an amazing movie. It gave us so much promise. I'm nostalgic for the time when we didn't know what came next. But it basically had anti-sequels that ruined everything.

AOC says "rivers were on fire" because of corporations like Deloitte "pouring chemicals" into waterways. Deloitte is an accounting, consulting, and tax services firm. No idea what she's talking about.

California Governor candidate Chad Bianco explains nonprofits are being by developers to get rid of buildings they can’t sell Just one example - Developers have properties nobody will buy for $3 million - A nonprofit is given $10 million to spend on homelessness - The nonprofit is friends with the developer and buys the property for $6 million So the homeless nonprofit has $4 million on taxpayer money they got for free and no owns a building they can sell for millions That developer friend made $6 million on a property that was essentially worthless because no one would buy it Both are rich and taxpayers paid for it al. It’s one big taxpayer money laundering scheme Chad Bianco says this is what’s happening on repeat in California He says they go even further and give their family members $500,000 per year jobs at the nonprofits

Mormons are upset because Christian artist Forrest Frank shared an intro to his newest song ft. Phillip Anthony Mitchell, who states “Joseph Smith is still in his tomb”, while Jesus is alive. It’s one of a few false prophets mentioned, including Muhammad in the intro. 🎥: HiForrest/IG

All right @BenSasse, let's make a bet. Let's divide the US in half. I'll let you pick which half. In your half, you ban Candy Crush. In my half we institute 16 weeks of paid parental leave, universal childcare, & a restored child tax credit. Let's see which has more babies.

“We've stopped making babies. We've decided that being distracted by a dopamine hit around Candy Crush might be a good way to spend your time. Not if you're a full human," former Sen. Ben Sasse says in an extended interview. cbsn.ws/4cA1Jrp
