@ThomAiso Consistent API for both Shadow and Light DOM and you do not need fake classes in the markup. Making it aligned to how refs work in vue or react.

@msrivastav13 Yes an another component. I don’t have access but if I activate Light DOM, I should have access? (Just for training, I understand that it’s not a best practice)

@ThomAiso When you say side, what does that mean? Another component? If thats the case you don't have access to the DOM to other component. You have to use events and as a best practice you should not manipulate the DOM.
