@British_Airways 68 days since I lodged my complaint. Are you dealing with complaints in order received? or is my claim for a flight cancelled with less than three hours notice and a holiday ruined not as important/in the public eye as others and so I’m bottom of the pile?

@British_Airways Two month anniversary since my complaint was lodged 🥂🍾🎊🎉🎈🐥 Not heard a thing from you except for your Twitter helpers who aren’t able to tell me where in the queue my complaint is. Your call centre tells me not to call after my mistreatment & then hangs up.

@British_Airways Thanks Aleisha, nice to finally have some form of contact from #BritishAirways after all this time. Can you give me a rough timeframe for responding? Or an average response time? Perhaps everyone is waiting seven weeks or more for apologies to be given and claims to be processed?
