Today on Meet the Press Now, JB Pritzker calls President Trump an "authoritarian, and if we are not pushing back every single day, then we're doing it wrong." A few seconds later, Pritzker threatens Trump admin officials: "It may take us a couple of years, in fact, to go after people like Kash Patel, like Kristi Noem, know like Tom Homan, like Greg Bovino, but we are coming after them." Pritzker then concludes, "We need to prevent [violence] by bringing the rhetoric down." Pritzker wants his cake and to eat it too... clearly.

The underrated trait is proactive hard work, not just hard work alone. "Speak up, volunteer, show your enthusiasm, knock on doors." And the compounding effect of that behaviour is significant at every level of an organisation: "As an employee, your enthusiasm will make your job more interesting and get you noticed. As a manager, your passion will inspire others to join your team and work as hard as you to accomplish great things." The people who consistently rise are the ones who stopped waiting for permission and started showing up like the work already mattered to them, because it always did.
