I express my appreciation to H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni @KagutaMuseveni on my re-appointment as Minister for the Presidency. I am deeply humbled and honoured by the trust and confidence you have placed in me through my re-appointment as Minister for the Presidency in the cabinet for the term 2026–2031. Your leadership and vision for Uganda continue to inspire service anchored in patriotism, Pan-Africanism, socio-economic transformation and democracy. I receive this appointment not as a personal achievement but as a renewed call to duty to serve the people of Uganda with integrity, diligence, and commitment to the NRM Manifesto and the country’s development agenda. I pledge to execute my responsibilities with loyalty, accountability, and focus on delivering tangible results under the guidance of your administration. It is my commitment to uphold the values of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), strengthen coordination within the Presidency, and support the realisation of Uganda’s Vision 2040. I thank Your Excellency for this opportunity to continue serving our nation. May the Almighty God grant you wisdom, strength, and good health as you steer Uganda to greater heights. Psalm :107:42: "God acts justly and restores order, righteous people recognize it and rejoice, while the evil souls are silenced".

Thank you, Papa Salim Saleh and my leader big brother General @mkainerugaba, for mentoring me. I will never disappoint you. We shall mobilize and serve our people parish per parish. The transition of our parishes begins immediately. I will not sleep until every parish shines and poverty is removed from our communities. We must work together to transform the lives of our people and build a stronger Uganda. There will be zero tolerance for corruption in PDM and all poverty alleviation programs during this kisanja. No sleep until service delivery reaches every household and every community benefits from government programs. Our father Mr. President @KagutaMuseveni, I will not disappoint you. Ugandans, be part of the transition. God bless Uganda, our esteemed President @KagutaMuseveni, Mama @JanetMuseveni, General Saleh , my leader @mkainerugaba, my family and to the people of Uganda . Deeply honored and profoundly grateful to H.E. President @kagutamuseveni for reappointing me as Minister of State, Office of the Prime Minister (Relief, Disaster Preparedness and Refugees). This trust you have placed in me once again humbles me greatly and fills my heart with renewed purpose and determination. I pledge to serve our beloved nation with utmost dedication, compassion, and relentless commitment by putting our people first, especially in their most vulnerable moments. I also extend my sincere gratitude to our Chairman, Gen. @mkainerugaba, for your steadfast support, wise counsel, and continued guidance.
