After 18 seasons, I will be returning to Florida with two years left to play. Man, after having a great conversation with @CoachToddGolden , I’m excited to be back and have the opportunity to play again for the Florida Gators. Victor Wembanyama dribbled a basketball up a dangerous mountain route in 4.5 hours (takes a normal person 7-8 hours to walk up it) while training with the monks, per @ramonashelburne “One day he told Wembanyama to dribble a basketball up another dangerous mountain route to Sanhuangzhai, a monastery deep in the Song Mountains. The hike traversed cliffside plank paths, suspension bridges and ancient forests, and was five times as long as the one to Bodhidharma Cave. not sure if anyone is at Bluesky. when I visit the site all is calm, unchanging; I have not had a single new follower in many months; exchanges are always interesting & intelligent but relatively few. Bluesky exudes the air of an upscale mall, beautifully maintained, hushed. one will likely not be mobbed or mugged here but one will likely not feel a quickening of the heart, a jab of adrenaline. Twitter may be a "cesspool"-- at least in some quarters--but I think of it as lively like the old Madison Square Garden: raucous, unpredictable, obnoxious, good fun, surprises.
