@BusesOfSomerset How do I get a refund please? I missed my bus which caused a lot of stress because no one communicated with the public to let them know the bus would be taking a different route. This is not good enough i live in the local area and there didn't seem to be a bike incident.

@BusesOfSomerset where is the 21A. I was at the Staddstones bus stop at 17.15 waiting for my bus to Burnham. I was tracking it on your app and it went through the bus gate. This is not the route advertised and I will now be late home. This is rediculous.
