Oversight of ICE is critical right now. I traveled to North Lake Detention Center, a privately-owned facility in Baldwin, MI, after receiving numerous complaints from families and advocates about the conditions here. Over 1400 people are being detained, including a 19-year-old resident. Our loved ones don't deserve to be separated from their communities. We must hold ICE accountable.
