I love how Thomas focuses on the most overlooked part of the game. 90% of this is mental. It is, by far, the toughest part to not only teach but learn. Approach, mindset, discipline, mental toughness…it doesn’t happen overnight. You have to train your brain as well as your body

Everyone teaches hitting fundamentals through video 🎥
But the game isn’t played in slow motion, nor should you think about fundamentals in game in the box
⚾ Pitching has evolved (simple mechanics, tunneling, strategy).
Hitting? Still “execute these movements” + in game “yes yes no”
That’s the best hitting has gotten?
The future of hitting = feel, rhythm, approach 🧠🔥 10% fundamentals 90% mental game
