Pas d’inquiétude pour Jonas Vingegaard : il va monter en puissance au fil de ce Giro. Il va gratter du temps progressivement en montagne, puis assommer une première fois le général sur le chrono en mettant minimum 2 minutes à ses rivaux, avant de gérer jusqu’à l’arrivée en gardant le Tour dans un coin de la tête. Par contre son niveau actuel n’est pas suffisant pour jouer sur le tour…

This is not a flop btw. Wemby already explained that he just exaggerates some falls to control how he lands because his center of gravity is so high. It’s literally something he does to avoid injuries.

The Spurs strategic plan is to expand the market. Lock in on Austin. This was a big reason KD was on the radar. It gives the team more visibility and thus, more marketable to draw in bigger players.
The best fit for PF is and has been Jarrett Allen. He’s from Austin, has the same agent as Tim Duncan, Cleveland will need to move him and he won’t demand the spotlight.

@Jraichel17 @Carsobi Defensive impact was huge. Shooting luck affected +/- imo but Blazers were running away from the paint when Wemby was in. Also huge gravity. Many open shots were generated while Wemby was on, esp for Castle/Fox (they just missed a lot, and then made harder shots when he was off)

At every stage, Wemby lives up to the hype.
Best rookie this century. Best defender in the league + First-Team All-NBA caliber in Year 2. MVP-caliber as probably the best 22 y/o we've ever seen in Year 3.
So naturally, he utterly dominates his playoff debut. Just a marvel.
