Under the proposal, schools reclassifying from FCS to FBS would be eligible for bowl games in Year 1 — if they go 6-6 and can fill a conference bowl slot. Currently, they have to wait until Year 2.

I also read that they charge other insurance companies higher prices for the same drugs. I am not sure the video is giving an accurate picture of what the Tennessee legislature is doing.
